Our hall hire fees are based on the type of event you're holding.
Community Benefit – For volunteer-run not-for-profit community groups delivering activities that benefit the wider community.
Concession – For private functions, community fundraisers, sporting clubs, cultural groups and other non-profit events that mainly benefit members.
Standard – For commercial businesses, for-profit events, corporate functions and organisations delivering funded programs.

Book enough time for set up, pack down and cleaning as this is included in your hire period.
Alcohol may be permitted, but prior approval is required and additional conditions may apply.
Music and noise must comply with Queensland noise regulations.
All hirers must agree to our Conditions of Hire.
Community groups receiving discounted hire may be asked to acknowledge the Geraghty Park Hall in promotional material.

Casual Hall Hire
Casual Hall Hire
For one-off or occasional bookings (generally fewer than 10 bookings per calendar year).
Suitable for:
Family celebrations
Meetings or gatherings
Workshops
Community events
Private functions
Note: casual hirers are defined as non commercial, non incorporated, not for profit and irregular users of the Hall. Any incorporated bodies, sporting clubs, associations or commercial busines (sole trader or other) are considered a regular hall hirer.
Regular Hall Hire
Regular Hall Hire
For hirers requiring 10 or more bookings per calendar year or hirers that do not meet the casual hire criteria.
Suitable for:
Weekly or fortnightly activities
Clubs and community groups
Fitness classes
Ongoing commercial activities
Regular training sessions
A class or workshop provided at a fee to the participant
Regular hirers may be subject to additional Council requirements.
